You have to hunt around for the right opportunity. And then there is the stress of interviewing. I know looking for Rochester jobs recently, I ran into this. You have stress on a couple different levels. Let me explore this.

You have to perform. You have to impress them. You have to make them feel that if they hire you at their company, you will bring good things.
