Title: The Job Search Solution: The Ultimate System for Finding a Great Job Now!

Editor Review 1 Job hunting is a stressful, anxiety-producing experience. When Dr. Phil's viewers need help with this challenge, he calls in Tony Beshara. * what 97 percent of American businesses are really looking for when hiring * what the real purpose of an interview is * how family and friends can be enlisted to help in the job search process * how factors such as age and employment history can affect the job search -- and how to manage these issues

The competition for jobs is tougher than ever. The Job Search Solution presents a system that will give any job seeker a big advantage.

Summary: Comments from a Job and Career Search Professional-

Detailed: Tony is one of the most successful career recruiters in the country and has been for many years.

While most recruiters--both contingency, executive search, and corporate--focus solely on making money by---as crude recruiters will say----"putting bodies in the seats--- (filling jobs, Tony has taken vast and deep experience, abilities as a communicator and compassion for job seekers and turned out a number of books and other products which are top notch resources for job and career seekers.

I think this book is as good a primer on the key essestials and concepts of job search as you'll find, and I recommend it highly. Of course, no one book is going to provide all of the answers, particularly in this job market, but this is as good a place as any for the basic components and strategies of the job search.

Oh-- Tony is also the favorite recruiter of Dr. Phil....but, don't hold that against him. (laugh).

Summary: Time has passed on many of the techniques

Detailed: While this book is a terrific guideline for the market 3 years ago, it misses out on the revolution that has occured with Facebook, MySpace, Linkedin and Twitter. Perhaps the author will have an update out at some point.
